According to reports, the Chennai Corporation has issued a stern warning to the residents of Chennai against allowing their cows to roam on the road as it causes disruption in road traffic. Those who allow their cows to roam on the road will be fined Rs 10,750, say reports. The fined cows will have a sign on their ears as a mark, and strict action will be taken against those whose cows are found on the road repeatedly, the commissioner reportedly warned.
