A day after the announcement of contesting in RK Nagar by-election, AIADMK’s sidelined leader TTV Dhinakaran on Friday reportedly paid respect to the late J Jayalalithaa in her memorial. He announced his participation after meeting his aunt VK Sasikala in Bengaluru’s Parappana Agrahara jail. After the cancellation of the by-election in April, the Election commission announced that the election will be held on December 21. Security has been beefed up in the constituency.
