Malaysian hockey team, that reached up to finals for the first time was beaten by India 2-1. This will be India’s third continental title. In the third minute, the opening goal was scored by Randeep Singh, while the second goal was taken during the 29th minute by Lalit Upadhyay. The only goal in the Malaysian team was scored during the 50th minute by Shahril Saabah.
