HINDU WOMAN CONFINED FOR TWO YEARS FOR HAVING AFFAIR WITH MUSLIM MAN

A 24-year-old woman was rescued by the police after being confined to a house for two years by her mother. Reportedly, Anjali Prakash was having an affair with a Muslim man named Nalakath Manas which did not sit well with her mother. The woman from Kerala was kept in custody by her mother with the help of some BJP officials in a rented house in Mangalore.

The issue came to light after Anjali sent out a video seeking help. In the video, she says, "I have no means to escape. If anything happens to me tomorrow, my mother would be responsible for it. I have suffered enough in the last two years for having loved a Muslim."
