According to reports, a 28-year-old UPSC exam aspirant from Delhi committed suicide on Sunday by hanging himself from a ceiling fan in his rented room. The victim, Varun had left behind a suicide note.

Reportedly, he had explained in his letter that the reason for his suicide is that he was not allowed to enter his UPSC examination centre as he turned up late.
