TOP ICICI BANK OFFICIAL’S BROTHER-IN-LAW ARRESTED

The Deccan Chronicle reports that Rajiv Kochhar, brother-in-law of Chanda Kochhar, MD and CEO of ICICI Bank, was handed over to a CBI team, which is questioning him with regard to ICICI's dealing with Videocon Group.

Notably, the CBI has already questioned a few ICICI Bank officials as part of a preliminary enquiry to find if they were involved in the bank issuing a Rs 3,250-crore loan to Videocon Group in 2012.
