May 17, 2008: Domestic helper who was a suspect, his decomposed body was found on the terrace.
May 22, 2008: Aarushi's parents - Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar were suspected, and an investigation began on an angle of dishonour killing.
May 23, 2008: Aarushi's father Dr Rajesh Talwar was arrested for the two murders, Aarushi and domestic help.
June 1, 2008: Central Bureau of Investigation took over the case investigation.
July 12, 2008: Ghaziabad court gave bail to Rajesh Talwar as CBI failed to provide evidence.
February 9, 2011: Court charges Aarushi's parents with murder and destruction of evidence.
April 30, 2012: Wife of Rajesh Talwar, Nupur Talwar was arrested.
November 25, 2012: Talwars were convicted by a special CBI court and were sent to Dasna jail, Ghaziabad.
November 26, 2012: Punishment delivered to Talwars - life sentence in prison by CBI court.
