A nurse in Kerala was reportedly attacked by a group of people while she was administering Measles and Rubella vaccines to children as part of the state government’s MR vaccination drive. The local police have arrested three persons in relation to this attack. “If stern measures are not taken against those behind such incidents, IMA would be forced to other modes of agitation,” said Indian Medical Association State President Dr E K Ummer and Secretary, Dr Sulfi.
