HAPPY WORLD THEATRE DAY TO PM: MEWANI’S SARCASTIC DIG AT MODI

Theatre community across the world celebrates World Theatre Day on March 27 every year. Several national and international theatre events are organised on this day. Dalit activist turned legislator Jignesh Mevani on Tuesday took a sarcastic dig at PM Narendra Modi via his Twitter. The independent MLA from Vadgam wrote, “Happy #WorldTheatreDay to @narendramodi , the greatest actor India has ever witnessed till date. Please take this day to wish this actor for his incredible dramebaazi, performance roles & great nautanki as both Gujarat CM and country’s PM!”
