Heart touching story of babies who were swapped during birth

An Assam Court on Wednesday saw a heart touching story in which parents who had their children accidentally swapped at the time of their birth (March 2015)  in hospital refused to take their original children. The babies were born in a government hospital in Assam’s Mangaldoi town. When the judge asked the parents to exchange the children, both the parents reportedly refused to exchange.
