According to reports, a boy in a south-central Mumbai school accidentally slashed his friend's throat when the duo was enacting a murder during a play. The boy reportedly used a bread knife at the last moment as he could not find the blunt knife they were using during rehearsals. The friend played dead for seven minutes before realising the cut in his neck because of the red-coloured water poured on him. The boy later received six stitches on his neck and is fine, reports added.
