Ajith and T Kumar are the reason behind my success - Event Story

The music of T Kumar’s maiden project, Virattu released today, 13^th June at Santham Theater in Chennai. Apart from the crew, the event was graced by SJ Suryah, director Sasi, Madhan Karky, RB Chowdary, PL Thenappan and many others.

SJ Suryah turned sentimental in his speech. He had supposedly spent his early period in the industry in the house of T Kumar. “Like Ajith, T Kumar is also one of the major reasons for what I’m today. I was literally brought up in their house. It is very hard to find a family that provides more love and affection than the Kumars,” said SJ Suryah. He also hopes that Sujiv, the hero of Virattu and the son of T Kumar, turns out to be the best find of the year.

RB Chowdary too praised the work of his friend, T Kumar. “When Kumar informed me a year back that he is planning to direct a film with his son (Sujiv) in the lead, I advised him against it. But looking at the trailer and the songs, I’m mighty impressed and very confident that this will be a successful venture,” wished the producer.

Sasi and PL Thenappan too had their chance to wish the team. In return, captain of the ship, T Kumar and company expressed their gratitude to all the people who managed to make it to the launch.

The event came to a wrap as the dignitaries on the dais released the audio.
