Director Venkat Prabhu's production venture, R.K.Nagar's audio launch happened last evening (June 11) at Prasad Labs, where music director Anirudh released the music and trailer of the film.
 

During his speech, Venkat Prabhu almost revealed that Anirudh is the music composer of Kamal Haasan's Indian 2.

"If R.K.Nagar releases this month, I'd be very happy, because already one of my assistant's (Pa.Ranjith) film, Kaala has released, and coming weekend, there is Tik Tik Tik by Shakti, who is also my assistant. RK Nagar, if it releases as planned by the end of this month, that will make 3 of my assistants' films released in the same month.

Anirudh is a very simple man, and he immediately accepted to attend the audio launch. We both have been wanting to work with each other for quite a long time, and I hope it happens soon. I thank him now for coming to the audio launch, despite his busy schedule. He is doing, both Thalaivar film and Kamal sir's film now (hinting at Indian 2), and it is really good to see his growth. Special thanks to TSL Murali for agreeing to release the film, even without seeing the final copy. Their support has been phenomenal.", said Venkat Prabhu.
