The entire shoot of Sivakarthikeyan's Velaikkaran was wrapped up recently, a few days back and RJ Balaji took to Twitter to inform that news. Now, the makers have officially announced that there will be a farewell function tomorrow (November 17), and all the members, who worked in Velaikkaran would be honoured in the farewell.
The film's production house 24AM Studios tweeted, "நாளை மாலை வேலைக்காரனில் பணிபுரிந்த வேலைக்காரர்களைக் கொண்டாடும் #VelaikkaranFarewellDay"
This Mohan Raja directorial, starring Sivakarthikeyan, Nayanthara, Fahadh Faasil, in lead roles, with music by Anirudh, is all set to release on December 22.

Nayanthara’s latest venture as the protagonist titled Aramm, has released today (November 10) and has garnered positive reviews upon its release. A special celebrity premiere of the film was held last night in the city. Actor Sivakarthikeyan who saw Aramm at the screening, told media:
“There is no entertainment quotient in Nayanthara’s Aramm and the makers have made a bold decision of straight away jumping into the strong content. It is a wonderful and touching film which is a must watch for one and all as it touches upon important and essential issues and engages audiences throughout.”
