Vijay Chandar who has earlier directed STR's Vaalu and Vikram's Sketch is now teaming up with Vijay Sethupathi for his third film tentatively titles as VVV. Recently, the team officially announced that comedian Soori has come onboard for this project. There were many heroine names hinted for Vijay Sethupathi pair that included Raashi Khanna and Nivetha Pethuraj.
But now, Raashi Khanna of Imaikaa Nodigal fame has posted on Twitter, confirming that this will be her next with one of her favorite actors Vijay Sethupathi and that she is really looking forward to working with the team. Raashi was recently seen in Jayam Ravi's Hit film 'Adanga Maru.'
The director had previously revealed that the movie will be a mass commercial-family entertainer with the story set in Chennai and that Makkal Selvan will be seen in a complete makeover in this film.
The movie is produced by Vijaya Productions. Vivek and Mervin will be the music director of this untitled film. The movie is expected to go on floors from March this year.
