Actor Chiranjeevi Sarja, nephew of veteran Arjun Sarja and husband of actress Meghana Raj died of a heart attack at a private hospital on Sunday afternoon. It has been reported that he was having lunch with his family members when he complained of breathlessness.

While he was rushed to Sagar Apollo Hospital in Bengaluru, he passed away after having failed to respond to treatment. It has been reported that his swab has been sent for coronavirus testing. It was just sometime back that he had celebrated his second wedding anniversary.

The young actor's death surely comes across as one of the most saddening incidents to have happened in recent times. He was shooting for at least four films, which would have resumed shooting post the end of the lockdown.
