The dubbing rights of Vijay's Puli in Hindi is apparently bought by Censor Board chief Pahlaj Nihalani.
Puli is aiming to be a nationwide film, more than just a Tamil film pleasing the local audience. After Rowdy Rathore, this will be Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s full-fledged Hindi film, though a dubbed version.

Having brought in somebody like Sridevi to play an important role, this adventure-fantasy film is bound to generate a lot of expectation and reception. The good news is, producer and the current Censor Board chief Pahlaj Nihalani is said to have been extremely satisfied with Puli’s output and has straightaway purchased the Hindi dubbing and release rights of the film.

To be released by ‘Vishal Distributors’, Puli is expected to enjoy a commendable number of screens up North too, and this might add up to a decent sum to the humongous total gross collections.
