Vishwaroopam 2 depends on Shankar’s Ai!

There have been reports that Kamal Haasan’s much anticipated sequel of Vishwaroopam will be out either on the 2^nd or 9^th of May. Although the dates were in consideration, we hear Aascar Films, which is bankrolling the magnum opus hasn’t zeroed in on the dates yet. 

The ace production company is also producing Shankar’s mega budget Ai, starring Vikram and Amy Jackson in the lead. There is apparently another quick schedule of Ai set to happen soon. We are being informed that the release date of Vishwaroopam 2 will be decided only after Shankar’s movie is wrapped up.

Meanwhile, Vishwaroopam 2 features Kamal Haasan, Pooja Kumar, Rahul Bose, Andrea Jeremiah, Shekar Kapoor and Waheeda Rehman. M Ghibran has scored for the film and Shamdat Sainudeen has wielded the lens.
