Vishwaroopam for Diwali ... joins Thuppakki and others

With talks of Vishwaroopam 2 gearing up for a release towards the end of the year, Vishwaroopam I is all set to be screened on the television screen for Diwali. Vijay TV will be screening this movie as a grand festival treat to millions of television viewers. We can be sure that the other big players in the market such as Sun and Kalaignar would line up equally big blockbusters as their Diwali specials.

Kamal had planned to showcase Vishwaroopam on DTH much before the theatrical release but had to back out due to opposition from theater owners and a section of the industry. Now, the film is finally hitting the television screen after more than 8 months of its theatrical release.

Vijay TV has recently been acquiring all the biggies such as Nanban, Thuppakki, Podaa Podi and Kumki. Vishwaroopam joins a long list of blockbuster movies under Vijay's stable now.
