Dhanush's return to his favorite genre

Dhanush is beginning the shoots of Nayyandi today. This comic caper is directed by Sargunam, the man who gave us films like Kalavani and Vaagai Sooda Vaa. Dhanush has also termed comedy as his favorite genre and we can understand why. His success rate in this genre is awesome with movies like Thiruvilayadal Aarambam and Padikaadhavan proving his case.

 

Dhanush is one of those rare actors who can easily shift from serious to light-hearted movies and post intense movies like Mayakkam Enna and 3, Nayyandi would be keenly noticed.
