Kamal Haasan and Madhavan together again

Anbe Sivam, directed by Sundar C that had Kamal Haasan, Madhavan and Kiran in the lead was a movie that gained a lot of critical acclamation among the people in the film fraternity and the audiences. However, the movie did not do as well as expected at the box office.
 

The news is that the producers of Anbe Sivam are eyeing at a re-release of the film. V. Swaminathan, one of the producers of the film mentioned in a recent interview about the re-release.
 

“Over the years, the film has developed quite a following and we are sure it will get a good reception now. We are planning a state-of-the-art digital conversion of the audio and video, which will start in a month's time”
 

It must be noted that the Kamal and Rajini starrer Ninaithale Inikkum is also set for a re-release.
