It is very important for actors and actresses to keep in shape and there would always be times when they are either required to put on weight or lose some flab. Although there are various ways to achieve these physical changes, our very own Taapsee has chosen a lively way to keep in shape.

Taapsee is currently taking Zumba lessons. Zumba is a dance form that has many other dance varieties like the salsa, hip hop and martial arts also integrated into it. The Vandhan Vendraan actress says that she really enjoys Zumba and also advocates the same to people who want to be in shape.

On the film front, she is doing Raghava Lawrence’s Muni 3 and will also be involved in a couple of Hindi projects.
