Nadu is rampaged with the mysterious
illness named Chickungunya, which
is supposedly caused due to a particular
variety of mosquito. The disease leaves
the victims with irregular flu and
cold for a week followed by excruciating
pain in the joints and knuckles, which
prolongs for a month or so. Though
there is no cure for the disease,
it is being treated with doses of
Paracetamol for fever and bed rest
is advised to patients to get rid
of the pain.
Recently, Sada has become the first
reported celebrity victim of the disease
and is diagnosed with Chickungunya
after complaining about flu. She has
been filming for July Katril.
Owing
to the disease, she could not finish her
committed 15 days and was only able to
do the shoots for 3 days. After diagnosed
with Chickungunya, she flew to her hometown
Mumbai for bed rest. Only when she is
back will we be able to know the plight
of the already skinny actress. We wish
her a speedy recovery.
