Samy’s wife seeks divorce |

Believe it or not, Gayathri, Arvind Samy’s
wife, doesn’t want to live with him any
more. Imagine a lady walking away from a man she
loved and who was considered the darling of Kodambakkam!
But that is how it is. Arvind Samy made his debut
in Thalapathy and hit it off big with his super
good looks in Roja. The girls swooned and the
ladies shied coyishly as he appeared on the screen.
A couple of more films and Arvind Samy came to
be associated with classic good looks. He married
Gayathri in 1994. |

Today
Gayathri seeks divorce and has filed a petition
to that effect in a family court. The court has
asked Arvind Samy to file his opinion by the 21st
of this month. No one knows what has caused the
rift between the two and the family would not
speak on this matter. Arvind Samy has two kids:
Adhira, 9, and Rudhra, 5. Gayathri and Arvind
Samy have been living separately for the last
few months. The kids are living with Arvind Samy.
Now Gayathri also wants to see her kids occasionally.
Gayathri is working as a lecturer in Stella Maris
College. |
