Sonia
and Selvaraghavan moved up to a next
level in their relationship today.
Their much awaited wedding took place
this morning at Egmore Raja Muthiah
Hall as per Hindu religious rites.
Sonia Agarwal looked dazzling in a
yellow silk saree and she was complemented
on the dias by Selva in a silk dhoti
and shirt. Exactly at 9.10 AM, Selva
adorned the nubile neck of Sonia with
a mangal sutra.
The
couple looked radiant and sought the blessings
of the almighty and the eminent guests who graced
this occasion.
Super star Rajnikanth kept up his promise of attending
the wedding with his wife Lata and blessed the
couple with his generous gifts. The other VIPs
who attended this important event in director
Kasturi Raja’s family are AVM Saravanan,
Editor Raja, Director K S Ravikumar, actors Rajesh,
Srikanth, Ravi Krishna, Ramesh Kanna, Jeyam Ravi,
Telugu Super star Venkatesh, actresses Sneha,
Sandhya, lyricists Muthukumar etc.
From Selva’s side, his bosom buddies Yuva
Shankar Raja and cinematographer Arvind Krishna
were present through out the ceremony. Ace director
Mani Ratnam along with his wife Suhasini blessed
the couple. Selva’s brother Dhanush and
his wife Aishwarya acted as perfect hosts taking
care of hospitality arrangements. Sonia wore a
striking red saree during nalangu function.
