Kamal’s
daughters Shruthi and Akshara were
born and raised in Chennai. Their
education has been done right through
in English medium schools. Despite
this fact they are well versed to
speak in Tamil as Kamal and Sarika
made it a point to talk to their children
only in Tamil. Though the girls can
talk fluently in the language, they
are not well versed in written Tamil.
This
has been a sore point for Kamal as his knowledge
of the ancient language is highly exemplary. As
they are young, there is a long time for them
to learn and perfect this language which is so
dear to their father.
