forget the first time ever hero was
portrayed as a Tamil cowboy? Ramarajan
immediately comes to mind when one
thinks of village romances. He was
in the line of Rajini and Kamal during
those days.
However
– as tinsel town has it – success
is subjective only to the number of hits.
Ramarajan eventually lost his market and was never
able to regain it until now. His attention diverted
to politics, which did him no good either. The
actor who was often prefixed with the title ‘Gramathu
Nayagan’ (Village Hero) is currently undergoing
ayurvedic treatment in Kerala to treat his facial
muscles, which suffered a stroke recently.
Ramarajan, a former MP of AIADMK partook in numerous
campaigns organized by the party. He suffered
from a mild paralytic stroke attack recently,
which damaged his facial muscles. Having obtained
divorce from his actor wife Nalini, Ramarajan
leads a solitary life.
