is finally going to debut down south.
Her career was initially supposed
to begin in the Malayalam film industry
opposite Mohanlal. But unfortunately,
or should we say fortunately, the
project failed to take off and destiny
took the actress to Bollywood.
Parineeta
made her a familiar face in the industry and Lage
Raho Munna Bhai put her on the most wanted list.
Waiting to release is Salaam-e-ishq. Amidst all
the offers that she has been receiving from Bollywood,
she has got one from Tollywood and it is being
rumoured that she has accepted the offer.
The offer is to act in the Telugu version of Lage
Raho Munna Bhai. Chiranjeevi had acted in the
first part and in all probability will be seen
in this one too. So if things happen as planned
we might be seeing Vidya opposite Shankar Dada
(Chiranjeevi).
Actresses from Bollywood come down south when
things are not quite going their way in Mumbai.
Why would Vidya want to make this move when her
star value is on the ascent? Well, it doesn’t
cost anything to make friends and it always pays
to have a foothold in different places. So when
a good script alongside a superstar beckoned,
