STARS PAY FINAL RESPECTS TO MURALI

Tamil cinema is paying homage to actor Murali, who passed away early this morning in a private hospital in Chennai due to heart attack. His body is kept in his Valasarawakkam house to facilitate his fans and the film fraternity to pay final respects to the departed soul. Rajinikanth and Sarath Kumar were among the first to visit Murali’s residence and consoled the bereaved family members of the actor.

As a mourning gesture, all activities pertaining to shooting and other events related to Tamil cinema will be suspended tomorrow. Members of all film unions will participate in the actor’s final procession leading to the crematorium in Besant Nagar. Murali’s final rites will be performed in the Besant Nagar crematorium tomorrow.
