A fundraiser star cricket contest
will be held in January 2010, said
Sarath Kumar, the President of the
Nadigar Sangam. The funds derived
from this star cricket will be utilized
for building a new complex at the
Nadigar Sangam premises in T Nagar,
Chennai. Sarath disclosed that the
Sangam at present has Rs. 3.5 crores
funds but the cost of building a
new complex would be much more.
Two cinema theatres, a shopping
complex, a wedding hall and a conference
hall will be built in the area comprising
1.5 lakh square feet. |
