Vijayakanth to direct

Vijayakanth was supposed to don the greasepaint for Viruthagiri soon after his Mariyadhai hit the screens. However, the actor-politician decided to take a break and here he is now with a new announcement.

Apparently, Viruthagiri will hit the floors very soon and the ground work is already on. In fact, Vijayakanth has decided to pen the screen play and direct the film as well. Source close to him say that he is busy writing the screenplay and once this is done, he would commence with the shooting.
