Vishal starrer Theeratha Vilayattu
Pillai is progressing at a supersonic’s
pace targeting for a possible Pongal
release. The movie is being shot
in India currently after which the
cast and crew will fly to Australia
for a few song sequences. Vishal
will have Neetu Chandra, Sarah and
Tanushree Dutta playing his female
leads in this Thiru directed comic
caper.
If the Pongal 2010 release date
is confirmed, Vishal will be taking
on the two other heavyweights Vijay
and Ajith at the box office for
the festive season. Vijay’s
Vettaikaran and Ajith’s Asal
are sure shot Pongal releases, we
hear.
