Vinnaithaandi Varuvaya remake in Hindi
is almost certain now. The latest on this
remake is that the crew is conducting
a trial shoot in several of the locations
where the original version of the film
was shot.
Amy Jackson of Madarasapattinam fame
and Prateik Babbar, son of Raj Babbar
and late actress Smita Patil, will play
the lead role in the Hindi version. The
film will be directed by Gautham Menon,
the man who directed the Tamil version.
Javed Akthar is penning the lyrics for
the songs in this remake and music will
be by AR Rahman.
