When everyone thought that Jaguar Thangam-Ajith issue has been resolved, bang comes the news that Jaguar has filed a petition at the Madras High Court. In his petition, Jaguar Thangam had alleged that those who were responsible for the violent attack on his house – Ajith’s manager Suresh Chandra and Ajith - have not been called in for investigation. His petition also states that the First Information Report filed by the MGR Nagar police station have not been filed in the court.

On hearing this petition, the High Court Judge ordered the police to file a notice within two weeks on why the FIR has not been filed and to investigate the matter.
