From Subramaniapuram to Nadodigal
March 19, 2009
The success of Subramaniapuram seems to have made director Sasi kumar think about taking up acting as a career seriously. His Nadodigal, where he plays the lead, is just wrapped up and the post-production works, including dubbing, is on. Nadodigal revolves around the life of four youngsters and also has Vijayan, Barani, Niveda and Abhinaya in vital roles.

Director Samuthrakani, however, has not had it easy. “I scouted for producers and actors for the script for

the past 5 years,” he said in a press interaction recently, “and then I met Sasi who immediately gave it a green signal,” he added. Not wanting to be left behind for the lack of clichés, he stated that the movie will portray Sasi kumar in a different light from Subramaniapuram.
