Kanimozhi is a very different
type of film, we hear. The film stars Jai,
Shahazan Padamsee and Vasanth Venkat in important
roles. Kanimozhi is made on live recording.
It means the dialogues of all the stars, except
the female lead will be used as spoken during
the shooting. To ensure a sound-free environment
during the shooting, the film crew had used
the Sound Lock technology and soundless camera.
The sound recording was done at one of the
best studios in the country – Yashraj
Studios.
Interestingly, none of the characters in the
film play the title role but is based on the
abstract of the story.
Kanimozhi is directed by Sripathy Rangasamy,
who had apprenticed under director Venkat
Prabhu.
