The theatre owners had
decided that they would not render support
to any of the Vijay’s forthcoming releases
because of the losses they had incurred in
screening Sura and the actor was asked to
compensate for the losses.
When Vijay was informed about this, he
had said that he would revert to them with
a compensation package. However, with several
days passing by after this announcement
was made, there is no word about what the
actor intends to do to the theatre owners.
This has once again irked the theatre owners,
who are planning to convene a meeting to
decide on the future course of action. The
most likely solution that they may arrive
at could be a ban on Kaaval Kaadhal.
