Hail Ulagayuda Tamil Talkies!

Chennai Trade Center will host an exhibition on the latest gadgets and technological advances in the world of movies, starting from March 6 ending March 8, 2009. The event is organized by the Cinema Today group and is expected to be attended by the film fraternity and movie enthusiasts in Chennai.

Besides, the event will also honor movies made during 1931 – 35 period. Producers, directors, actors and other technicians of that era will be felicitated,

director Gananathan, who was part of the organizing body, was quoted as saying, that the awards are titled Ulagayuda Tamil Talkie awards.
