Reports stating that Tamil fishermen were stripped and attacked humiliatingly by Indian coast guards have shocked many. These fishermen were reportedly on their way to bring home the boats which were recently agreed to be released by the Sri Lankan navy. According to reports, these fishermen claim that they were attacked by the Indian coast guards when the boat of these fishermen halted in the middle of the sea as the boat ran out of fuel.
