The Supreme Court on Friday reportedly dismissed a Public Interest Litigation that sought to bar V K Sasikala from acting as AIADMK general secretary. Rejecting the plea filed by AAP Tamil Nadu unit convener Vasigaran, the apex court observed it could not order the CM and ministers not to seek advice from a convicted person, adding it's the decision of the politicians.
