Abhilash, a 27-year-old resident of the Girinagar area of Bengaluru, was trampled to death by an elephant when he tried to take selfies with it at the Bannerghatta Biological Park in the city. The man on Tuesday evening illegally entered the park, which was closed, with his friends for a safari. Reportedly, the youth was so busy clicking photographs that he did not see the elephant attacking him. Enraged by the apparent lack of security at the park premises, the parents of the boy have registered a complaint with the police.
