Light showers and thunders across areas of Tamil Nadu have been predicted by Regional Meteorological Centre, Chennai. Further, heavy rainfall is expected in the coming months during the northeast monsoon. According to reports, precautionary measures are already underway across the State to withstand northeast monsoon.
