During the hearing of TTV Dhinakaran’s petition about the disqualification of 18 MLAs, the High Court has reportedly directed the TN CM Edappadi K Palaniswami and the Assembly speaker to submit their documents on the same before October 23. TTV Dhinakaran and DMK filed a petition in the Madras High Court challenging the speaker’s decision of disqualifying the 18 MLAs.
