After yesterday's resolution of the AIADMK government on taking hold of 'Namadhu MGR' and 'Jaya TV' reportedly the CEO and MD of Jaya TV, Vivek Jayaraman in a statement mentioned that the channel and news daily are privately owned entities, and Sasikala is the major shareholder of the company. According to media reports, TTV Dhinakaran's wife Anuradha also holds a reasonable amount of shares. Mr. Vivek also reportedly said that Jaya TV is a private company and he will not let any outsiders take over the company.
