The Meteorological Department on Friday released a weather forecast stating that the southern and interior parts of Tamil Nadu will receive rainfall for the next couple of days. This forecast brings a huge sigh of relief for the people of Tamil Nadu. Notably, Tamil Nadu was reeling under heat-wave-like conditions for the past two months. However, the meteorological department has also cautioned that the maximum temperature across the state would be around 35 degree Celsius until Saturday.
