According to reports, Punjab's Chief Minister Amarinder Singh has announced a ₹5 lakh reward for Indian women's cricketer Harmanpreet Kaur. The CM also called Harmanpreet's father Harmandar Singh and praised Kaur's unbeaten 171-run knock against Australia in the semifinals. Singh further said he hopes that Kaur would continue to make the country proud with her contributions.
