According to reports, a US state department has revealed that India in 2016 replaced Pakistan as the world's third largest terror target after Iraq and Afghanistan. Further, it added that out of the 11,072 terror attacks across the world in 2016, 927 took place in India and that it faces threats from Pakistani terror groups, as well as Indian ones, like the Naxals.
