Indian e-commerce giant Snapdeal has reportedly asked its board members to offer around Rs 193 crore to its employees if the company is taken over by Flipkart. According to reports, sources from Snapdeal have said, “the founders have asked the Board to carve out $30 million from their settlement for payouts to the Snapdeal team”. Notably, the company has around 1,500-2,000 workers.
