The Supreme Court on Wednesday reportedly agreed to hear a petition challenging the trust vote win by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami on July 11. The petition filed by rival camp MLA K Pandiarajan called for a fresh vote of confidence by a secret ballot in the presence of independent and impartial observers nominated by the Supreme Court.
