In a new blow to liquor baron Vijay Mallya, a special court in Mumbai has reportedly issued a fresh non-bailable arrest warrant against him on Wednesday. According to reports, a charge sheet was filed by the Enforcement Directorate against Mallya and eight others over the alleged bank loan fraud and the court has now taken cognisance of the charge sheet.
